Attention Webmasters:

All of the games that now appear and available on this site meets compliance with 2257 because they're exempt. For webmasters that are linking to our older puzzles that do not meet 2257 requirements, please select a new puzzle from our puzzle list or submit a new photo to be used as a jigsaw puzzle.

Since the games are now all meeting compliance, we do not need to provide secondary producers (meaing those who are you using our games on their site) 2257 records because they're all exempt. If you're using our custom jisaw puzzles, then you should have your own 2257 records. We're merely hosting your customized games. You do not need to send us your 2257 records unless you want us to distribute your customized games.

If you're using our games, I highly recommend that you have a compliance notice page stating that you are exempt. You may copy the statement from below. This is directly off the Title 18 - 2257 - 28 CFR 75:



Sec. 75.7 Exemption Statement Updated for June 23, 2005

(a) Any producer of any book, magazine, periodical, film, videotape, digitally- or computer-manipulated image, digital image, picture, or other matter may cause to be affixed to every copy of the matter a statement attesting that the matter is not covered by the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257(a)-(c) and of this part if:

(1) The matter contains only visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct made before July 3, 1995, or is produced, manufactured, published, duplicated, reproduced, or reissued before July 3, 1995;

(2) The matter contains only visual depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct; or,

(3) The matter contains only some combination of the visual depictions described in paragraphs (a)(1) and (a)(2) of this section.
